TRACKS, LLC was formed in July 2013 by President, Towanda Brown, a highly experienced Information Technology (IT) professional with a proven record of working with clients as a Trusted Advisor to ensure that their needs are met.  Her unique experiences as a Developer, Database Designer, Testing Manager, Business Analyst, Adjunct Professor, Trainer and Writer allows her to serve in a unique role of Business Translator, whose responsibility is to serve as a liaison between the client and the development team.

The latest position at FDA included IV&V and modernization efforts to validate, document and streamline legacy applications.  This effort provided information that could be used as a baseline for defining new requirements for a integrated replacement system.
